Ms. Tan Chau Pei obtained her Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree from Multimedia University in 2011.  She was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2012 and joined Chye Kwee Yeow & Co. as partner in 2022.

Since her admission in 2012, she focused in the field of conveyancing, divorce & family matters and subsequently ventured into probate & administration of estate matters.

Ms. Tan currently specialises in  land matters, banking and finance, will writing, leases and tenancies, and drafting corporate and commercial agreements. Amongst others, she obtained the Executive Certificate in Islamic Finance in year 2018. 

Ms. Tan is a committed and meticulous professional with a wealth of experience. She conducts her business with leave no stone unturned philosophy
