| Above RM10,001 | = [(Monthly Rental – 10000) x 25%] + 3000 |
Stamp Duty
| *Not exceeding 1 year | RM1 per RM250 or part thereof |
| *Exceeding 1 year but not exceeding 3 years | RM3 per RM250 or part thereof |
