Stamp Duty
| First RM100,000 | = SPA Price x 1% |
| RM100,001 to RM500,000 | = [(SPA Price – 100000) x 2%] + 1000 |
| RM500,001 to RM1,000,000 | = [(SPA Price – 500000) x 3%] + 9000 |
| Above RM1,000,001 | = [(SPA Price – 1000000) x 4%] + 24000 |
