Meet Our Team

Mr. Lim Chi Hou was graduated from National University of Malaysia with Bachelor of Law(Hons) in year 2009. He was admitted as an advocate and solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in year 2010. 

Mr. Lim has joined Chye Kwee Yeow & Co. as partner in year 2013 and managed branches in Johor Bahru, Johor, he specialize in both is in Conveyancing and Litigation area, such as secondary market property sale, banking and finance, drafting of license agreement, joint venture agreement, partnership agreement, shareholders agreement, family law and debt recovery proceeding.

In 2023, Mr. Lim was conferred the Pingat Khidmat Cemerlang Masyarakat (PMC) by His Royal Highness The Yang di-Pertuan Besar of Negeri Sembilan Darul Khusus, Tuanku Muhriz Ibni Almarhum Tuanku Munawir, in conjunction with His Royal Highness’ 75th Birthday Celebration.

He was appointed as a Notary Public by the Attorney General of Malaysia on 17 January 2026, for a term of appointment from 17 January 2026 to 16 January 2028.
