Meet Our Team

Ms. Juliza graduated from University of Malaya (UM) with a Bachelor of Law (Hons.) in August 2010. She commenced her pupillage in 2010 at Messrs Reginald Vallipuram & Co, Johor Bahru under direct supervision and guidance of the late senior lawyer, Mr Reginald Vallipuram. She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 19.05.2011. She was retained by the esteemed Firm as legal assistant where she was entrusted to handle general litigation and conveyancing matters of the Firm. 

Her recent attachment was with Messrs Yeoh Mazlina & Partners, Johor Bahru branch from the year 2018 until 2023 where she handled Conveyancing matters. During January 2024 until September 2025, she was attached to Messrs Abdul Rahman & Partners, Johor Bahru branch also handling Conveyancing matters. In October 2025, she then joined Messrs Chye Kwee Yeow & Co as their legal assistant and continue her practice in Conveyancing. 

Throughout her years of practice in legal field, she has experience in Conveyancing and Litigation areas such as developer and sub sale cases, banking documentation cases, drafting legal documents and contracts, inheritance and family law matters such as Grant of Probate, Letters of Administration, Small Estate, Divorce Petition and Adoption and generally giving legal advice to the clients.
